If your return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the carrier.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you encounter any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Quality Issues
If there is a quality issue with the product, we offer after-sales service for replacements. Please provide the order number, delivery details, and visual evidence of the issue for verification.
Accidental Damage
If your product is accidentally damaged, contact customer service with your order number and photos of the damage. Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement at half-price.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
